Chelsea is the author of five novels, multiple short stories and a children’s book. She won two Honorable Mentions in the Writer’s Digest Annual Writing Competition for her short stories Sisters and The Lamplighter.
Leaping from studying insects in the Midwest to becoming a licensed attorney, Chelsea draws inspiration from her unusual background. She worked with and studied insects extensively while at Purdue University and the Los Angeles Natural History Museum which influenced her book series, Clues from a Fly.
When Chelsea isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends (and her two cats). Family is the most important thing to her which shines through in her stories.
